Greatest Moments in Christian Trance Artists’ History

Among the Christian electronic music genre’s greatest figures are Bryce Price, Matthew Parker, and Capital Kings. Other artists also have entered this genre, including Red Letter Hymnal, Gawvi, and Transform DJs. Hillsong Young & Free and Andy Hunter also have their releases in the genre. The genre has also been influenced by the Christian faith, with the music of Hillsong Young & Free gaining much popularity.

Rivertribe

If you like worshipful electronic new-age music, you’ll love River tribe. Their worshipful music features a wide array of world music instruments, from didgeridoos and flutes to Indian percussion and Middle Eastern-style violins. This band’s international debut is a beautiful musical tapestry. The band’s sound is uniquely Christian while still speaking to a wide variety of listeners.

Afro Celt Sound System was one of the earliest Christian Trance Artists to incorporate world music instruments into their productions. They even released an album on Peter Gabriel’s Real World label, called Did You Feel the Mountains Tremble. With their debut album, Did You Feel the Mountains Tremble?, they quickly became one of Christian Trance’s greatest artists. The album is a worshipful experience and features a slew of instruments that are rare for contemporary electronic music.

Transform DJs

The emergence of Christian trance music in the 1990s was the result of a variety of influences. Several Christian dubstep labels sprung up, including Words of Wisdom Records. The cover art on these compilations is often artistic and subtle. One of their best tracks is “O Praise Him.” The label is owned by the Vice Media Group, which may send you electronic communications. The artists’ music has often been described as “spiritual electronica.”

One of the best-known trance DJs, Yilmaz Altanhan, is considered one of the greatest in the genre. The artist’s songs are highly complex and melodic and difficult to rival. His latest album, “Turn the World Into A Dancefloor,” is a great example of the trance sound. The imprint is based on the radio show, which is broadcast on over 100 radio stations worldwide.

The Loyal

In 1985, Rauch married his longtime love, Rosa Loy, a fellow artist. The book chronicles the dynamic between the couple and their relationship. Known for her work as one of the representatives of the “New Leipzig School,” Loy is also a knitter and avid music listener. But how did they meet? And how did they end up in the same marriage? The book explores the relationship between these two creative individuals and the evolution of Christian trance music.

Hillsong Young & Free

In the early ’90s, the group began delivering albums on Sundays. They aimed to make music that points people to a better future and hope. In the last year, they recorded 33,000 conversions to Christianity. The band’s fans were astonished by the success of their music, and they quickly began to release their own. They were quickly recognized as Christian Trance Artists and the Christian music industry began to grow.

The group’s name was born out of Hillsong Church in Sydney, Australia, and they continue to release music for youth and young adults. Their album, “All of My Best Friends,” went gold on the Billboard Top Christian Albums Chart. Today, they have millions of followers on social media and support from MTV. Their music continues to push the gospel’s message in the context of EDM and pop influences.

Today, the genre has attracted many artists. Christian electronic music artists include Hillsong Young & Free, Built by Titan, and Matthew Parker. Many other Christian artists have entered the genre. Some believe that Christian EDM musicians have lost their Christian identity due to the secular nature of their music. However, some Christian influencers believe that Christian EDM musicians are an important part of the Christian music scene.

Reyer

Christian electronic music is becoming more popular with the rise of artists such as Bryce Price, Matthew Parker, and Capital Kings. Other artists have entered the genre, including Red Letter Hymnal, DJ Flubbel, Gawvi, and Tony Foxx. You can even find music by Hillsong Young & Free and Andy Hunter, among many other Christian artists. Reyer’s list includes some of the genre’s most popular artists.

Andy Hunter

One of the most influential and recognizable Christian Trance artists of the last decade is Andy Hunter. Originally from Leicester, England, Hunter first became interested in music during the 1990s, when he worked with artists like Suede and The Wonder Stuff. In 1992, he joined New Generation Music and Mission as a traveling engineer. He later moved to Bristol to begin his career in the drum and bass scene, where he formed the band Trip with Martin King. This band went on to release its debut album, Culture Shift. He then started working in the studio to create techno music.

The album’s opening track, “Radiate,” is the perfect introduction to the album. However, it falls flat when compared to the rest of the album. Translucent, by contrast, is an absolute delight to listen to. The beat is intense without the annoying beeping and builds on the ambiance of the album’s title track, Show. Both tracks have a relaxing and soothing effect on the listener.

The song itself is another highlight of the album. It plays like a mix of different genres and influences. It sounds like a dreamscape. At the one-minute mark, Lyle Day jumps in with an energetic rap. The wordplay between the fade and the cross is excellent. A brief appearance of strings follows. Ultimately, this track is one of Andy Hunter’s greatest moments in Christian Trance Artists’ history.
